The handle of this lightsaber is made of a matte dark gray colored aluminum or black. This ensures that the handle is lightweight yet very strong. The handle has a smooth tapered grip which makes it comfortable to hold. Because of the taper in the handle, the Acolyte is ideally suited for spinning. The top (emitter) of this saber is the highlight. The several long horizontal notches provide a very nice light effect, which is actually seen in more expensive sabers. An additional light effect is given by the extra round holes. All in all, the Acolyte is a very complete and beautiful premium saber for a reasonable price. The lightsaber can be connected to another lightsaber by means of a connector. This makes it possible to create a dual saber.
